This course teaches how to make three classic East Asian items—scallion (green onion) pancakes, spring rolls, and potstickers—covering ingredient selection, dough and wrapper techniques, filling preparation, folding/sealing methods, and cooking methods. Participants can extract learning objectives and evaluation criteria to satisfy multiple CTS/CTF modules.
