The Career Technology Education Council (CTEC) Annual Conference

This hands-on workshop will explore clipper cutting techniques for textured hairstyle, followed by the creation of a textured hairstyle. Participants will have the opportunity to practice the cutting, sculpting, and styling techniques themselves while receiving guidance and tips throughout the process. Time will also be provided for questions and discussion around practical exams and preparation for government finals.
